May is Mental Health Awareness Month and oppose to sharing a traditional blog, I wanted my readers to have something tangible as a 'take away'.  My gift to you is water from my well spring of life and a page from my personal life script that I often share with others.  But first a simple caveat: Therapist are mere humans... everyday people with goals and struggles, strengths and weaknesses, triumphs and fails, yet we are able to keep our therapist cap on and maintain mental acuity even after the most difficult times if we live what we teach.  At the top of the list, I encourage a personal mantra or truths that you live by daily so that "when the storm comes", you can use them as ointment to the soul.  The following songs are cathartic to me...
